1. Think outside the box and develop new products, turn inspiration into design drawings.

2. Develop a cut list, rough-cut our stock wood, and make our templates.

3. Trim the edges of the wood, and it will bond more tightly.

4. Precise cut the wood into standard size accessories

5. Make the wood tenon by CNC machine

Puch and drill out the mortise

6. After the wood is cut and fit,  assemble the mortise and tenon 

7. Paint primer and sand the chair frame,

Paint and spray the primer again after an air dry. 

Finally, sand it and finish the primer and surface paint.

8. Draw and cut the leather for making the chair fabric, then stitched it to be a leather case.

9.Cover the chair with filling foam and a leather case.

Stitch the leather sideband to make the seam edge more pretty.

10. Clean the chair surface and well packed with PP foam and carton.
